We send our deepest sympathy and prayers. Albert was a friend and classmate from the OTHS Class of '50. I enjoyed the time spent with him at our class lunches....he was always the first to arrive and drank coffee til the rest of us got there....he will be missed. There will be a moment of silence in his honor at our brunch Saturday. RIP my friend.

To Doris, Linda, Dean and the rest of Albert's family -- I hope it eases the sadness of his passing to know he's out of pain. We'll miss his thoughtfulness and caring in many ways. I will thank him always for caring enough to make a special trip to my mother's visitation 20 years ago this month to tell us in person how much my mother's care of him at Vacation Bible School meant to him as a "scared little boy who didn't know anyone." (His description) He mentioned not only Mother's picking him up and taking him home, but also very important to him, talking to him as if he mattered to her (because he did). Coming to Mother's visitation was hard for him then, soon after his wife died, but it was important to him to do it. I'll always appreciate it. Wishing you peace and comfort and more caring in all of our lives. Sincerely, Ellen (Hand) Schug, Olympia, Washington
