Dorothy Louise Decker, age 71, of Robinson, IL, died Sunday October 24, 2010 at her home following several years of failing health. She was born December 31, 1938 in Robinson, IL, the daughter of Floyd Emerson and Pauline (Rich) Darnold. On September 6, 1957 she married Randall Jean Decker and he survives. She was employed as a GTE Operator; a Switchboard Operator for Crawford Memorial Hospital, Robinson; worked in the Bundling Department for Victor Dana, Robinson and was a member of the Machinist Union, International Association of Machinist and Aerospace Workers Local #2293. She was also a member of the Otterbein United Methodist Church, Robinson.

She is survived by her husband, Randall Decker, Robinson; two sons and a daughter-in-law, Ricky J. Decker, Robinson, Lonnie E. & Angel Decker, Waverly, KY; a daughter, Risa A. Decker & Darrell Ikemire, Hutsonville; a brother and sister-in-law, Michael W. Darnold, Robinson; a sister and brother-in-law, Susie & Jim Dix, Robinson; seven grandchildren, Nicholas B. Decker, Justin D. Decker, Ricki Dee Decker, Loni Decker, Joshua R. Benton, Cody Monroe Hout, Devin L. Hightshoe; eight great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Visitation will be Tuesday October 26 from 5 - 8 pm at Pulliam Funeral Home, Robinson with the Funeral Service on Wednesday October 27 at 2:00 pm with Bro. Brent D. Cramer officiating. Burial will be in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, rural Annapolis.

Donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or Good Samaritan Hospice with envelopes available at the funeral home.

Dorothy was a co-worker and a friend. She will be sadly missed. My heart goes out to her family .God will keep her in his care.

I am so sorry to hear of Dorothy's death. May God comfort you in this time of loss. I have so many fond memories of my summer visits to Aunt Pauline's house having great fun with Dorothy, and Susie. You are all in my thoughts and prayers.
