My deepest sympathy to all. Mr. Rains was a delight both inside our doctor's office and outside where I would see him at the Omish Store or whereever, he would brighten the spot where you would meet him. Please know our God has him now and is taking care of him. Might be that Mr. Rains is "barking his own orders" up there. Mr. Rains also took very good care of my Aunt Betty!!! In remembrance of our close friend, surrogate grandpa, storyteller, adopted dad, watermelon man, our mother's friend: May the good Lord bless an' keep you, Whether near or far away. May you find that long awaited, Golden day today . . . May your troubles all be small ones, And your fortune ten times ten, May the good lord bless and keep you, 'Til we meet again . . . May you walk with the sunlight shining, An' a blue bird in every tree. May there be silver lining, Back of every cloud you see . . . Fill your dreams with sweet tomorrows, Never mind what might have been. May the good Lord bless an' keep you, 'Till we meet again . . . May the good Lord bless an' keep you, "Till we meet again . . . God be with you, sons and daughters and your families at this sorrowful time.
