Mrs. Mary L. Wilkie, age 71, of Linton, Indiana, died Thursday December 27, 2012 at 9:31 PM at the Greene County General Hospital, Linton, Indiana, following a brief hospitalization.

She was born September 30, 1941 in Robinson, Illinois, the daughter of Joseph Carl York Sr., and Pauline (Darnold) York. She married Hillis Krause, and they later divorced. Mary worked as a CAN at several nursing homes in the Linton Indiana area, most recently, Glenburn Nursing Home, Linton, Indiana.

Survivors include daughters and son-in-law, Shari and Ron Kiracofe, West Alexandria, Ohio; Penny Nagy, Switz City, Indiana; brothers and sisters-in-law, Emerson D. York, Flat Rock, Illinois; Darrell and Linda Point, Glen Rose, Texas; sister-in-law, Doretta York, Oblong, Illinois; sister, Janet Hillard, Titusville, Pennsylvania; five grandchildren, Brandy and John Cummings, Bloomfield, Indiana; Ryan Kiracofe, US Air Force, Germany; Michael Denham, Switz City, Indiana; James Kiracofe, West Alexandria, Ohio; Tabitha Nagy, Switz City, Indiana; three great grandchildren, Madison Denham; Emma Cummings and Ethan Cummings, along with several nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her parents; brothers, David Point; J. Carl York Jr; sister-in-law, Belle York.

Funeral service will be Monday December 31, 2012 at 2:00 PM at Pulliam Funeral Home, Robinson, Illinois, with Pastor David Ducommon officiating. Visitation will be Monday from 12:00 noon until time of service at 2:00 PM at the funeral home. Burial will follow in the Robinson New Cemetery, Robinson, Illinois. There will be a Memorial Service Tuesday January 1, 2013 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at the First Baptist Church, 500 Lincoln Drive, Bloomfield, Indiana with John Cummings officiating.
