I am so very saddened by Kevin's passing. He was such a special person who never seemed to know a stranger. He was never too busy to stop and talk to an old friend even if it was just to say hi, how are you doing.
OHS class of 1973 has lost a valued classmate. He will be missed by all who knew him.
Becky and family, please accept my condolences.

Diane Shaffer, friend and classmate.

So sorry to hear the news. Thoughts and prayers for all of the family during this time of loss. Kevin was one of a kind...funny, loyal, respectful, a hard worker and most of all, crazy fun to be around! He will be missed not only by his family and friends, but Kevin is also a loss to the farming community.

Kevin had the best sense of humor. I remember how he disrupted history class so many times. And even Mr. Welsh had to laugh! He treated everyone the same whether you were popular or not. And he was kind. We will all miss him.

How shocked and saddened I felt with the news of Kevin's passing. Kevin always
wanted to make your day a better day with laughter. Kevin was always doing acts
of kindness. When my dad passed away Kevin made sure to stop by and see me at
my mom's house to pay his respects. He will be missed!

Kevin has been a very big part of our lives in years past and will be dearly missed. From our times together at youth camps and hours of hanging out talking about life, to cleaning out his livestock trailer and loading my family’s belongings and moving us to Marion, IN on ice covered roads and never once allowing me to pay anything. Kevin was my friend and a very special person to everyone who knew him...Thank You Kevin, you truly were a gift.

I’m so sorry for your loss. I was a class member and grew up with Kevin. It’s like losing a family member. I only knew the boy, but he was so funny and nice to be around. It’s hard to imagine him being gone so soon.

Dear Becky, what a loss for us all. My constant thoughts and prayers are with you and your family. When someone who is so large of life is gone, the void itself is large!! Kevin's bigger than life presence will be reflected in family and friends, together you will find peace in your hearts. With much love, Peg
