Mr. Roger Clyde Dollahan, age 81 of Robinson, IL, passed away on Friday January 19, 2018 at the V.A. Hospital in Danville, IL, following several years of failing health.

Born October 14, 1936 in Robinson, IL, he was the son of Clyde R. and Daisy (Rogers) Dollahan.  On October 11, 1955, he married Ellen (Christine) Dollahan and she survives.

Roger retired as a Tech Sergeant with the United States Air Force after 20 years of service.  He then became a New York Life Insurance Agent in Robinson, IL.  He was a member of the Highland Avenue Baptist Church, Robinson, IL, VFW, American Legion and Masonic Lodge, Robinson, IL and the Air Force Sergeants Association.

Survivors include his wife, Mrs. Ellen Dollahan, Robinson, IL; sons and daughters-in-law, David and Wanda Dollahan, Minnetonka, MN, Doug  Dollahan, Warroad, MN, Lee and Sno Dollahan, Minneapolis, MN; a daughter, Laura Dollahan, Robinson, IL; six grandchildren, J.D. Dollahan, Robinson, IL, Elizabeth and Talon Hernandez, Minneapolis, MN, Nicholas and Mary Dertinger, Minneapolis, MN, Cheyene Dollahan, Minneapolis, MN, Dakota Dollahan, Minneapolis, MN, Castiel Dollahan, Warroad, MN; five great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Judy Mcintosh, Littleton, CO; brother-in-law, David and Julie Christine, Hoopeston, IL; sisters-in-law, Hazel and Mandell Steffey, Flat Rock, IL, Mrs. Lois Ulrey, Robinson, IL along with several nieces and nephews.

Preceding him in death were his parents and a sister, Mona Leichty.

The Funeral Service will be held on Thursday January 25, 2018 at 2:00 PM at Pulliam Funeral Home, Robinson, IL, with Pastor Dwight McDaniel and Pastor Jerry McDaniel officiating.  Visitation will be Thursday January 25, 2018 from 12:00 Noon until time of service at 2:00 PM at the funeral home.  Interment will take place in the Prier-Shire Cemetery, rural Oblong, IL, following cremation.  Military graveside rites to be provided by Crawford County Veteran’s Associations.

Memorial donations may be made to the Parkinson’s Foundation or the Veterans Transportation Fund, VFW Post #4549, Robinson, IL with envelopes available at the funeral home.
