Dear Polley Family,

We will miss Donna very much. She was our dear friend, and we worked closely together in Church for years. Donna was instrumental in teaching our children in the ways of the Church.

God rest her soul.

My thoughts go out to all of Donna's Family, to her children, her sisters, brother.
I know she will be missed by those who have been close to her. I have many wonderful
memories of Donna as we were best friends through school and her family was good to me.
Donna & I had many adventures including our first big vacation traveling to NY City in the
Fifties. She was my room mate. I treasure the great memories of her. Thank you Shirley
for keeping me posted through the years. "Bear"

To Donna's family: I am so sad to hear of Donna's passing. I had no idea where she lived and just assumed she still lived in Oblong. After she retired, I lost track of her but of course I lived away most of these past 20 years. I worked with her in security and also served with her at the VFW Auxiliary in Robinson a long time ago. I recall she and I being at VFW convention in Springfield one year and got to see the Abraham Lincoln resting place and his family's. I have great memories of Donna and I will miss her terribly. She is distantly related to me on my mother's side(My great-grandmother was Tiny Elliott Lingafelter) and I see where she will be interred where Uncle Jon, Aunt Ruby and Betty are. You are all in my thoughts and prayers
