Mr. Jerry W. Robertson, age 76 of Sapulpa, OK, formerly of Annapolis, IL area, passed away on Saturday September 9, 2017 at his residence following a long battle with cancer.

Born December 25, 1940 in Des Moines, IA, he was the son of Burton John and Betty Jane (Berney) Robertson.  On July 9, 1960, he married Joyce Jean (Still) and she survives.

Jerry was a supervisor for Van Petty Manufacturing, manufacturers of Aircraft Fasteners for 24 years.  He was a member of the First Baptist Church, Sapulpa, OK and Olive Branch Baptist, Annapolis, IL.  Jerry was also a member of the Rocky Mountain ELKS Foundation; NRA; Life member of North American Hunting Club and Silver Arrow Bowhunters, CA.

Survivors include his wife, Joyce “Jo” Robertson, Sapulpa, OK; adopted children, “The Kids”, Cheryl and Jeff Green, Sapulpa, OK and Glen and Cyndee Musser, Sapulpa, OK; a niece and a nephew along with several cousins also survive.

Preceding him in death were his parents and a brother, Mike Robertson in 2010.

A Funeral Service will be held on Saturday September 16, 2017 at 12:00 PM noon at Pulliam Funeral Home, Robinson, IL, with Bro. Randy Nave officiating.  Visitation will be Saturday September 16, 2017 from 10:00 AM until time of service at 12:00 PM noon at the funeral home.  Interment will follow funeral services in the Olive Branch Cemetery, rural Martinsville, IL.

Memorial donations may be made to the Olive Branch Church, rural Martinsville, IL, with envelopes available at the funeral home.

Jo, I'm so sorry for your loss. I can see Jerry running around on both legs having a good ole time with Jesus! Jerry was a very special man and left a lot of people with some very special memories! Love you! You will be in my thoughts and prayers in the days and months to come.

Jo, So sorry to hear of your loss. Jerry was a great friend to many of his old classmates in Pana, Ill. Always pitching in to help locate clasemates. He was always fun to be around and will be missed.
