Mrs. Lorraine E. Martin, age 93 of Tullahoma, TN and formerly of Robinson, IL, died Monday June 19, 2017 at 3:10 AM in the care of Hospice Compassus at the Life Care Center, Tullahoma, TN following several months of failing health.

Born October 29, 1923 in Waukegan, IL she was the daughter of James and Esther (Lystlund) McGrain.  On February 25, 1943, she married Wilbur R. Martin and he preceded her in death April 18, 2009.

Lorraine was a homemaker; bookkeeper for Montgomery Ward; Bookkeeper for Sears, Roebuck & Company; Bookkeeper for Warrick Electronics and a member of the First Baptist Church, Robinson, IL.

Survivors include a son and daughter-in-law, Kenneth Wayne and Patricia Martin, Bellbrook, OH; daughter and son-in-law, Linda Rae and Harold Leipold, Tullahoma, TN; four grandchildren, Trisha and Travis Earls, Morganton, GA, Debra and Neil Sternberg, Evansville, IN, Carrie and Thomas Enea, Milwaukee, WI, Michael Leipold, San Francisco, CA, six great-grandchildren; a sister, Mrs. Una Grooms, Satellite Beach, FL along with several nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her parents and her husband Wilbur R. Martin in 2009.

Funeral service will be Saturday June 24, 2017 at 2:00 PM at Pulliam Funeral Home, Robinson, IL with Rev. Amy Cates officiating.  Visitation will be Saturday from 12:00 PM noon until time of service at 2:00 PM at Pulliam Funeral Home, Robinson, IL.  Interment will follow funeral services in the Robinson New Cemetery, Robinson, IL.

Memorial donations may be made to the American Cancer Society or Juvenile Diabetes Foundation with envelopes available at the funeral home.
