Mrs. Alice “Marie” Leitch, age 80 of Marshall, IL and formerly of Robinson, IL, died Saturday June 17, 2017 at 3:35 PM at Burnsides Nursing Home, Marshall, IL following many months of failing health.

Born February 13, 1937 in Crawford County, IL she was the daughter of Lewis D. and Alice E. (Criss) Flynn.  On September 18, 1955, she married Raymond L. Smith and he passed away in 2014.  In 1981 she married Paul Grubb and he preceded her in death in January of 1984.  On December 2, 1989, she married William H. Leitch who passed away August 22, 1998.

She was employed as a Production Line Assembler for T.R.W., Marshall, IL and was a member of the First Christian Church, Marshall, IL.

Survivors include two sons and daughters-in-law, David and Penny Smith, Marshall, IL, Daryl and Ella Smith, La Follett, TN; two daughters and son-in-law, Norma Lloyd, Effingham, IL, Nancy and Terry Cessna, Sumner, IL; two step daughters and spouse, Ms. Brenda Leitch, Robinson, IL and Linda and Mike Ruggiero, Bethlehem, PA; sister and brother-in-law, Lois and John Wolfe, Palestine, IL; brother-in-law, Don Brashear, Palestine, IL; sister and brother-in-law, Mary Jo and Bob Watson, Hutsonville, IL and sister, Laura Louise Flynn, Robinson, IL along with fifteen grandchildren, twenty-six great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews.

Preceding her in death were her parents; husbands, Raymond Smith, Paul Grubb, William Leitch; three brothers, an infant who passed away at birth, James Jesse Flynn, Robert Flynn; a sister, Patricia Brashear and one son-in-law, John Lloyd, 2006.

Funeral service will be Tuesday June 20, 2017 at 10:30 AM at the First Christian Church, Hutsonville, IL, with Bro. Bill Wilkinson officiating.  Visitation will be Monday June 19, 2017 from 5:00 PM until 7:00 PM at Pulliam Funeral Home, Hutsonville, IL.  Interment will follow services in the Medsker Cemetery, rural Clark County, IL.

Memorial donations may be made to the Veterans of Foreign Wars, Post #4549, Robinson, IL Ceremonial Unit Fund, with envelopes available at the funeral home and the church.
