Mr. Donald R. “Don” Clark, age 79, of Robinson, IL, died Tuesday November 5, 2013 at 10:20 am at the Long Term Care Unit of Crawford Memorial Hospital, Robinson, IL.

Born September 15, 1934 in Honey Creek Township, Crawford County, IL, he was the son of Willard and Nora Grace (Daron) Clark.  In 1960 he married Phyllis Jeffries who he divorced in 1981 and she has passed away.  On March 26, 1990 he married Harriet Sue (Wiley) Clark and she survives.  

Don served in the US Army from 1957 to 1959; retired in 1980 from Retail Sales of Water Treatment Equipment and attended the Porterville Congregational Christian Church, Porterville, IL.

Survivors include his wife, H. Sue Clark, Robinson, IL; son, Gregory W. Clark, Madisonville, KY; daughter Jeannine A. Clark, Las Vegas, NV; daughter-in-law, Debbie Hill, Porterville, IL; step-son and spouse, Bradley and Frances Hill, Robinson, IL; brother, W. Gene Clark, Flat Rock, IL; sister, Betty Haak, Robinson, IL; grandchildren, Shandi Clark, Madisonville, KY; Presley Clark, Las Vegas, NV; Jamie and Josh Baer, Carbondale, IL; Shaun and Brooke Stuart, Robinson, IL; David and Brittney Stone, Robinson, IL; eleven great grandchildren, Christian, Trevor, Maci, Craig, Miranda, Aaron, Aurora, Natasha, Andria, Draven, Bayne and several nieces and nephews survive.

Preceding him in death were his parents; sisters, Carolyn Montgomery in 1947, Margaret Pluta in 2013; brother, Wayne D. Clark, March 22, 1991; daughter-in-law, Sheilah Clark, 2011; step son, Craig Hill in 2000.  

Funeral service will be Saturday November 9, 2013 at 1:00 PM at Pulliam Funeral Home, Robinson, IL with Bro. Leland Culp and Bro. Jerry McDaniel officiating.  Visitation will be Saturday from 11:00 am until time of service at the funeral home.  Burial will be in the Mt. Pleasant Cemetery, rural Annapolis, IL.  Military graveside rites will be provided by EM Coulter Post #69, American Legion; VFW post #4549 and the AmVets.

Memorial donations may be made to Porterville Congregational Christian Church Mission Team or to the Crawford County Chapter Relay for Life with envelopes available at the funeral home.
