Dear Larry and family: David and I are so sorry about Dorothy. I knew you and she back in the early 1980s when I worked at McDonalds here and you and the man that made crafts came in and ate and drank coffee. I am glad that you were able to get a job wih the power plant at Hutsonville later on.
David and I know your son Davey thru couple of friends of ours- he is such a great kid!
I didnt know that Dorothy was from Rockport. My husband David is from Gatchel, near Tell City. We lived in Cannelton years back and that is how I met him and we have been to Rockport many times. It all is a beautiful area, along the Ohio River. David and I moved back up here in 2006.
Again, we are sorry about Dorothy..she was a very nice lady and I know you all will greatly miss her but know that someday you will see her again-I guarantee it by Heavenly Father.

I didn't hear about Dinger's death until this year. I was so sad as I had not seen her in many years. This year, I am re-connecting with many from our 1971 high school class and am saddened that I cannot connect with Dinger. She was always my German buddy as we took YEARS of that language together - and she was always better than me! May you continue to RIP and may your family continue to smile with wonderful memories of the life you shared with them.
