Mr. Billy Keith Weck, age 76, died Wednesday November 10, 2010 at 5:30 am at his residence in Hardinville, IL. Born September 13, 1934 in Oblong, IL, he was the son of William Henry "Willie" and Edith Susan (Mann) Weck. On October 8, 1964 he married Ruth Ann (Richart) and she survives. He was a Farmer; Junk Dealer; Production Worker at Bethlehem Steel; Millwright for U.S. Steel; General Foreman for highway construction company and a farm hand. Billy was affiliated with Dogwood; White Oak and Prior Grove Churches, rural Oblong, IL; graduate of Oblong High School, Class of 1953; Managed a Little League Team in Chesterton, IN; Hobbies included, Fishing; Mushroom Hunting; Coon, Pheasant, & Rabbit Hunting; Gardening and Horse Pulling Contests.

Other survivors include two sons and daughter-in-law, Bryan and Cindy Weck, Hobart, IN, Larry Weck, Lehigh Acres, FL; two daughters and sons-in-law, Twyla and Bob Littlejohn, Robinson, IL, Peggy and Terry Zarazee, Evansville, IN; two brothers and sisters-in-law, Roy and Jo Weck, Oblong, IL, Robert "Bob" and Donna Weck, Robinson, IL; four sisters and brothers-in-law, Pauline and Clarence Leffler, Willow Hill, IL, Betty Bond, Robinson, IL, Karen and Bob Diekman, Rapid City, SD, Carol Ann and John Heesman, Baraboo, WI; eleven grandchildren, twelve great grandchildren along with several nieces, nephews, brothers-in-laws and sisters-in-laws, Jim and Nancy Bleil, Henderson, NV, Lawana Autenrieth, Portage, IN, Jim Richart, Valpariso, IN and Phyllis Richart, Portage, IN.

Visitation will be Saturday November 13, 2010 from 5:00 pm until 7:00 pm at Pulliam Funeral Home, Oblong, IL with funeral services on Sunday November 14, 2010 at 1:00 pm at the funeral home with Phil Boyd officiating. Burial will follow in the Hardinville Cemetery, Hardinville, IL. Expressions of Sympathy can be shown by contributions to the American Red Cross or Oblong Schools Academic Foundation with envelopes available at the funeral home.
