I was so very sorry to hear of Wib's passing. He was such a great friend to our family. He even loaned me a 35 mm camera to use while I was on my student exchange trip to Italy, Austria and Germany in 1982, before Dad passed away. It meant so much to me. And of course, Wib taking our school pictures for so many years. We will miss him very much. God Bless his family. Rest in peace, Wib.

Dear Lois and family,
Anne and I share in your loss. I have known Wib all my life, as he was one of my Dad's (Carroll T. Cox) friends, and the last surviving WWII veteran of his friends. I fondly remember a float fishing trip we took in Arkansas when I was in high school. Wib caught about all the fish - two trophy-sized trout. Wib was a true American hero, landing at D-Day. He was also a great artist in his professional field. Our sincere sympathies to Lois and the rest of his family.

Most unpleasant news to read. Always a pleasant to visit with Web and listen to his stories of Robinson and the people. Unfortunately I am in Mexico now and couldn’t attend the services, but send my sincere condolences.

So very sorry for your loss. We found out too late to make arrangements to get off work to attend the services. Visiting Robinson won't be the same without Wib. Will definitely come to visit you the next time we are there. God bless you, Lois.
