Hi Jim,
I am so sorry about your Dad. You may not remember me -- I lived behind your grandparents, Cleo and Orley Dennis, in Oblong. We had some play time way back when. I dearly loved your grandparents and also spent time with your great-grandmother when I worked at the nursing home. Your dad was a very nice man. I have a funny story about Cleo coming to my home in Fithian, if you are ever interested.
My best,
Dana Finney

Jim,
I was so sorry to hear about losing Pete. I am also sorry I did not make the visitation or the funeral. We live out in the country and receive the newspaper a day late. (This makes the notifications even worse over a weekend.)
We saw Pete at the Singspirations often. I would re-introduce myself to him, every time. I remember also, lots of "smiling times" with your folks and our family when we were growing up. Good memories, good memories.
Again, I am so sorry I missed seeing you. You also, bring a good smile to my face when I think of us in the younger years.
Both of my folks are gone too. This really teaches us about mortality, huh? My folks have been gone for over ten years. Time really flies.
Remembering,
Nancy
