God bless Dick's family and friends as you grieve this significant loss. I met Dick while training at IL EPA for solid waste management planning position more than 20 years ago. I worked with him to establish the delegation agreement with IL EPA to inspect landfills (closed and active) for the three counties involved with Ambraw Valley Solid Waste Agency. I know his environmental ethic, and his love of recycling. I will miss seeing him at conferences and learning from him. Peace be with you.

Jane and Rick an family,
I am so sorry for your loss. Your father was always so pleasant. He was happy and quick to say hello and visit. He was a strong leader and a good man. He did so much in the community. He was also very helpful to me as a teacher. He provided resources to me to help educate students about recycling and its importance. God bless you all. I apologize that I could not be here to attend the visitation or funeral services. Sincerely, Janis Rich Daugherty
