Aunt Sherrie and family, i wish that i could be there to give you my condolences in person. Uncle Kevin was such a good man and a very loving father and grandfather. He was also a great Uncle who was always there with a smile. He will be greatly missed by many of us but it gives me comfort to know that grandpa and grandma was there to greet him on this journey home. He is now an angel to watch over the grandkids he loved so much.

love michele and shelby and tyler

Kevin gave me some of my best memories with the trip to Baltimore and Green Bay to watch the Colts. I didn't know him from anything and just came up to me and asked me to go on a road trip and it was the BEST! He opened my eyes to a lot and made me realize to make experiences with your friends!

Then when the Colts made it to the 2nd Super Bowl vs. the Saints, the Indy airport was under a snow storm and I was freaking out b/c I missed my flight. Completely bummed out, I go to the bar and low and behold, there was Kevin and his son Chad! What a treat! We knocked a few back, made the next flight together and partied in Miami!

What a man, friend and a legend to me! The thought of him not with us, horrifies me, but he made me a better man and I thank him for that.

Sherri and family,

So sorry to hear of Kevin's illness and recent death. I did not know Kevin personally--but I feel that I do with arranging your family wishes for vacations and talking to Kevin a few times when he was searching for hard to find hotel homes for Colts out of town games.

Our thoughts and prayers are with you all,

Patti Hanson
