Mrs. Winifred E. Waggoner, age 86, of Robinson, Illinois, died Saturday January 19, 2013 at 8:20 am at the United Methodist Village, Lawrenceville, Illinois, following many months of failing health.

Born May 13, 1926 in Port Jackson, Honey Creek Township, Crawford County, Illinois, she was the daughter of Lester A. Catt Sr., and Emma L. (Fear) Catt. In July 1943 she married Louis "Jack" McClure who died January 1996. On August 15, 1958 she married Oris "Fuzzy" Waggoner and he also preceded her in death. Mrs. Waggoner worked at the STANDARD FORGE War Defense Plant during WWII and was Kitchen Supervisor for Ridgeview Care Center, Oblong, Illinois until she retired. Was a member of the Oak Ridge United Methodist Church, Flat Rock, Illinois.

Survivors include sons, Rodney K. McClure, Columbia, Missouri; K. Scott McClure, Gary, Indiana; Dwayne D. Waggoner, St. James, Missouri; daughters and sons-in-law, Gaythal S. and Richard Wesley, Flat Rock, Illinois; Barbara L. and Ron Reynolds, Tipton, Indiana; Kathy J. Dusseau, Gary, Indiana; Melinda D. Hill, Oblong, Illinois; brother and sister-in-law, Don and Christine Catt, Flat Rock, Illinois; sisters, Mrs. Louis Hout, Robinson, Illinois; Audrey Rich, Robinson, Illinois; fourteen grandchildren; ten great-grandchildren and several nieces and nephews. Preceding her in death were her parents; husbands, Louis "Jack" McClure and Orris "Fuzzy" Waggoner; brothers, Ernie, Irvin, Ralph and Roy Catt; sisters, Mrs. Louise Sharon and Mrs. Madge York.

Funeral service is Tuesday January 22, 2013 at 2:00 PM at Pulliam Funeral Home, Robinson, Illinois, with Bro. Rick Catt officiating. Visitation will be Tuesday from 12:00 noon until time of service at 2:00 pm at Pulliam Funeral Home, Robinson, Illinois. Burial will be in the Hardinville Cemetery, rural Oblong, Illinois. Memorial donations may be made to the Oak Ridge United Methodist Church or to the United Methodist Village, Auten Center, 1616 Cedar Street, Lawrenceville, Illinois with envelopes available at the funeral home.
