My heartfelt sympathy goes out to Winnie's family, especially Rita who has been her side-kick and caregiver for the last few years. Winnie was an amazing woman who had a wonderful sense of humor, a great wit, and a warm personality. Here's to the wonderful legacy she left - Paula

I want to express my sympathy to the whole Laws family. Winnie was a special lady. I remember her especially when I was growing up on School Street and how tall her and George seemed to me.

Winnie was a very special person who made us feel lucky to have the privilege of calling her a friend. She will be sorely missed by those of us who knew and loved her. These last few months were not kind to her, yet somehow she managed to flash her wonderful smile and demonstrate the grace, dignity and strength that were her trademarks. To Rita, George, Cece and the rest of the Laws family we extend our heartfelt sympathy and share your pain.
