Life Legacy


Mrs. Pauline "Polly" Randle, age 88, of Hutsonville, Illinois, died Monday June 13, 2011 at 2:33 am at Carle Foundation Hospital in Urbana, Illinois, following several months of failing health.

Born October 5, 1922 in Hutsonville, Illinois, the daughter of Arthur Lee and Nellie Lena (White) McCain. She was employed in the Kits Department at Victor Dana Corporation for 20 plus years and waitress at the Cedar Room Cafe in Hutsonville, Illinois; member the First Christian Church of Hutsonville, Hutsonville, Illinois.

Survivors include sons and daughters-in-law, Joseph Patrick "Pat" Randle V, Palestine, Illinois, Greg Randle and Fiancee Janelee Hinchley, St. Cloud, Minnesota, Terry and Jan Randle, Chatham, Illinois, daughter-in-law, Sue Randle, Hutsonville, Illinois; five grandchildren, Rachelle and Tom Christian, Marshall, Illinois, Elliott Randle-Olsen and Samuel Randle-Olsen, St. Cloud, Minnesota, Drew Randle, Chicago, Illinois, Roxie Randle, Nashville, Tennessee; three great grandchildren, Caleb, Noah and Cassie Christian; sister and brother-in-law, Mrs. Margie and Willis Strohm, Hutsonville, Illinois; good friend and neighbor, Richard Hartley, Hutsonville, Illinois; several nieces, nephews and cousins. She was preceded in death by her parents; two sons, Joseph Patrick Randle IV and Ronnie Randle; a sister, Vivian Dean McCain.

Funeral services will be Friday June 17, 2011 at 10:30 am at Pulliam Funeral Home, Hutsonville, Illinois with Bro. Bill Willkinson officiating. Visitation will be Thursday June 16, 2011 from 5:00 pm until 8:00 pm at the funeral home. Burial will be in the Hutsonville Cemetery, Hutsonville, Illinois. Memorial donations may be made to the Crawford County Senior Citizens Activity Fund with envelopes available at the funeral home.
